In the tube-drawing process, conventional dies often suffer from sticking during copper drawing, as well as rapid abrasive wear and edge chipping during stainless steel drawing. TTC has engineered a patented composite alloy technology specifically designed for drawing copper and stainless steel tubes, delivering exceptional durability and forming stability.


  • Ultimate Dimensional Consistency

    The bearing length (sizing band) tolerance is strictly held within±0.005mm, and ultra-high circularity ensures zero dimensional deviation during continuous drawing.


  • Mirror-Grade Bearing Surface Finish

    With a bearing surface roughness of Ra0.08, frictional resistance is minimized. This eliminates debris accumulation when drawing copper tubes and prevents longitudinal score marks on stainless steel, resulting in an exceptionally smooth and defect-free inner and outer surface finish.


  • Patented Long-Lasting Wear & Chipping Resistance

    Our proprietary alloy formulation provides superior surface wear resistance and toughness, substantially extending die service life.
